Although Dr. Jennifer Worsman is new to Plainfield, CT, she is not new to chiropractic.  She has been in practice for over 19 years.  A 1996 graduate of New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Worsman started practicing as an Associate Chiropractor in Queens, NY.  After 2 years she moved back to her home town of New Hartford, CT where she worked all over the state of CT doing vacation coverage  for chiropractors as well as running her own part-time practice in Plainville, CT.  She settled in Eastern CT in 2000 working as an Associate Chiropractor for Dr. Vincent Woods in Putnam for a year before moving on to a 12 year position working for a group practice in Norwich, CT.

Having worked in several different offices, she was exposed to various practice styles which helped her create the exact healthcare environment she wanted for her patients.  Combining her previous practice experiences along with the desire to fill a needed niche in the Plainfield region, she started Plainfield Family Chiropractic July 1, 2013.

Prior to graduating from New York Chiropractic College with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Worsman attended Stonehill College in North Easton, MA where she graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish Studies.

In the past, Dr. Worsman has done work as a volunteer EMT for her hometown of New Hartford.  She has volunteered her first aid and chiropractic services to the Nutmeg State Games as well as the Special Olympics of CT.

Dr. Worsman resides in Norwich with her 2 young children. Olivia and Timmy are regulars in the office with the official job titles of Plant Waterers and Candy Eaters.
