There are several smaller insurance companies that people may have, please call our office if your insurance is not listed above, often they are a subsidy of the larger companies listed.

 

Your insurance company may require a deductible and/or co-pay that you are responsible for. Our staff will look into the chiropractic benefits that your insurance company has and review your plan benefits with you.

We accept patients who have been involved in an auto or work-related injury and we will be happy to assist you with regards to any third party responsibilities.

If you have no health insurance, or if no insurance benefits are available for chiropractic care with your particular health insurance plan, or your insurance benefits for chiropractic care are used for any particular insurance year, we do have an established fee schedule for self-pay patients.  Please contact our office for further information.
